Instructions:
1. Locate the video, "Looking Good, Feeling Good", on the back door.
2. Put your module header at the top of a clean piece of paper. Answer the following questions using complete sentences that include the meaning of the question.

-----B. What are four things you can do about these skin problems?
-----C. Why should you avoid squeezing blackheads or pimples?
-----D. Why is too much sunbathing bad for the skin?

-----F. Should yo sue a cob or a brush on wet hair?
-----G. Why should teens and preteens wash hair often?
-----H. Why is brushing teeth especially important for teens and preteens?

3. When you are finished viewing the tape, rewind it and return it to its proper location.
4. Put the completed answer sheet in your numbered notebook. It will be turned in with the other grooming module papers at the end of the six days.
5. Ask your instructor to take your picture with the digital camera. This photo will be used later in the Cosmopolitan software application.
6. Complete any unfinished work from Activity Day 1 or 2.
7. At the 2 minute warning time, restart your computer, clean up your module work area, and make sure that everything is returned to its proper location.
